Chuck Miketinac has served as the Sports Director of Fox San Antonio’s “Maximum Sports” since 1999. A Texas State alumni, Chuck previously served as an anchor/sports reporter for five years at the Alamo City’s CBS affiliate. Although Chuck has visited 44 out of the 50 states, he decided to set his roots in South Texas because S.A. was “the only place that ever felt like home.”
You can usually find Chuck spending time with his three children, playing “Madden”, and actively avoiding beets.
A Southern California native, Jill Jelnick grew up outdoors and has always found herself on the court, field, or diamond. After receiving an athletic scholarship, Jill traveled from the west to the east coast, joining the DI softball team at East Carolina University.
After graduating, Jill served as producer/reporter at WNCT in North Carolina and continued her career as a weekend sports anchor at WRCB.
Jill is a recent transplant to San Antonio and has quickly fallen in love with the Alamo City. She enjoys consuming everything competitive, singing very loudly in crowded places, and spending time with her Cali family.
A man of many talents, and a fondness for wearing many hats, Richard Oliver has looked the same since 1981, where he graduated from Texas A&M University. Oliver worked for numerous publications through the next two decades, including the Corpus Christi Caller-Times and Newday. In 2000, he was hired as a deputy sports editor, before being promoted to sports editor for three years. After, he transitioned full-time as a columnist and senior writer.
Since he noticed his ageless features, Oliver decided to appear on television, including spots on “Sports2Nite” and “Sports Weekly”. He currently works with Visit San Antonio and has a fondness for every team in the great Lone Star State.
Don Harris started his career 30 years ago at News 4 San Antonio as an intern. Three decades later, he is now the Sports Director and has influenced countless journalists. Throughout his career, Don has nabbed numerous awards, including multiple Emmy victories and nominations for his work. As well as his professional accomplishments, Don is also active in the community, serving on board of the Harvey E. Najim Family Foundation and San Antonio Sports, all actively trying to improve the lives of children in the Alamo City.
